AUGUST CLASSES

A specialised class designed for pregnant women - very gentle stretching & toning exercises, using resistance bands. No previous experience necessary.

Bumps & Bands

An empowering and supportive class led by Sarah, a professionally qualified postnatal trainer and Mum. Strength exercises for areas that have been weakened through pregnancy and labour and on muscles that need to be strong for feeding and carrying baby.

Postnatal Strength & Recovery

This is a general strength class for women aged 40+ who would like to exercise with like-minded women. It is a specialised exercise class where there is no performance needed, all levels welcome.

Midlife Strength - All Levels

Suffering from sore muscles? Maybe your mobility needs some work or you are extra prone to injury? Learn how to effectively use myofacial release tools such as a foam roller and release balls, along with resistance bands to increase strength and flexibility.

Strength, Stretch & Release

Power up your senior years with Sarah’s Senior Strength classes! This classes are suitable for adults aged 65+, and are designed to help improve strength and mobility, balance and co-ordination.

6:15pm-7:15pm in-studio
Friday Classes: 9:15am-10:15am in-studio, Live on ZOOM, or a ZOOM recording that you can watch later!
