A little about your teacher:
In 2007 Sarah moved back from London where she worked as a Senior Personal Trainer at Matt Roberts Personal Training, one of London’s leading Personal Training studios. There, she managed fitness programmes for a wide range of clients providing her with extensive experience in a variety of areas including general fitness, weight management, sport specific training, and pre and post-natal exercise.

More recently, Sarah has become very interested in health and fitness for women’s peri- to post-menopausal years. Changing hormones can have a huge impact on our health, energy, motivation to exercise and healthy weight management. Through her studies she is now qualified to recommend appropriate lifestyle strategies to make the best of women’s mid-life years and beyond.

Sarah's general ethos and premises for training her clients and in classes is to bring out the best in each person. She likes to challenge clients and push the boundaries of their fitness to a point where they never imagined they could go. She takes a holistic approach to fitness by taking into account what stage a person is at in their life, exactly what they want out of their fitness and how much they want it to fit into their life. She encourages a positive psychological approach to their health and well-being and give advice on how to live, eat and exercise for maximum health and energy. Sarah is the founder of Sarah Thornton Personal Training, and co-founder of Yo!Fit and SoulMoves.
