Each of our offerings is led by a specialist who is passionate about caring for mums, and every class is a warm, welcoming space to meet others who are on the same journey.

Laragh Cunningham

Laragh is a highly respected and well-known yoga instructor, educator and SoulMoves co-founder. Supporting women through pregnancy and early motherhood has been at the heart ofher work for over twenty five years. Through Pregnancy Yoga, Mum & Baby Yoga and doula work, and now SoulMothers Sessions, she walks alongside many women during one of the most transformative times in their lives.

Sarah Thornton

A Personal Trainer with over 20 years of experience and SoulMoves co-founder, Sarah specialises in women’s health and fitness. Her Bumps & Bands class s a specialised strength and flexibility class for pregnant women using resistance bands, and her Postnatal Strength & Recovery is an empowering and supportive exercise class, designed to support women return to exercise in a safe and empowering way.

Charlotte Elliott

Charlotte is a midwife with over eighteen years’ experience across many areas of midwifery practice, and a mother of four. Throughout her career she has developed a particular interest in supporting physiological birth, breastfeeding and women in early pregnancy. Working with so many women during their transition into motherhood - often without the support networks that once existed - has strengthened Charlotte’s belief in the power of women supporting one another, and has inspired her involvement in our SoulMothers Sessions alongside Laragh.

Tara Durkin

Áine Ní Chuirrín

A Certified Birth and Postpartum Doula, and Reflexologist, Áine hosts Infant Massage Classes in SoulMoves. These classes are designed to help new Mums bond with their baby and learn techniques for their well-being and development. Each week also includes a short talk on topics relevant to new parents from reading infant cues and supporting bonding, to self-care and confidence building. These discussions are a chance to share experiences, ask questions, and feel supported in community.

Tara Durkin

A Doula, Childbirth Educator, and Board Certified Lactation Consultant, Tara hosts Breastfeeding Workshops, and in SoulMoves she hosts regular Birth & Early Parenting Courses. These small group courses offer expecting parents realistic information about what happens during labour and birth, informed decision making skills, and partner support skills and knowledge, for birth and beyond. At the heart of her vocation is the belief that every woman, every person, in pregnancy and motherhood deserves to be held in their power, to be seen and heard as an individual, cared for in the light of their wishes and values.
