Yo!Fit classes have the balance between challenge and fun, and this term will not disappoint - Yo!Fit is the perfect way to reenergise! These classes will take place on Wednesday evenings and Friday mornings.

Our class offerings for this 3 week term are different to our usual schedule:

Wednesday Classes: 6:15pm-7:15pm in-person
Friday Classes: 9:15am-10:15am in-studio, Live on ZOOM, or ZOOM recording you can watch later
