We have a new offering for this term of Friday classes - you can join us live by Zoom, or else you can choose to get a recording afterwards so that you can do the workout at another time that suits you!
What to bring:
A yoga mat and some water. All other equipment will be supplied; we provide weights but if you would prefer to use your own please bring them along.
