Midlife Strength Classes

This is a general strength class for women 40+ who would like to exercise with like-minded women - a specialised exercise class where there is no performance needed.

Senior Strength Classes

Power up your senior years with Sarah’s Senior Strength class! This class is suitable for adults aged 65+, and is designed to help improve strength and mobility, balance and co-ordination, increase confidence in everyday movement.
