Feel Good Sessions are a series of rest and recovery sessions created by us, Sarah & Laragh, to help you unwind, settle your nervous system, and ease through the rest of the week feeling more grounded and at ease. 

They are created from our own desire - and from the needs we were seeing in our community - for more intentional rest, recovery, and nervous-system support.

Our previous Feel Good Friday Sessions have been warmly welcomed, and we heard from many of those who attended just how meaningful it felt to have a dedicated time and space to pause, soften, and be cared for.

Rest is not something to earn, but something you deserve. This is a gift to yourself, not another thing you feel you have to do.

Each class is experiential, intentionally unhurried, and nurturing - designed not as something you need to do or figure out, but as something you simply get to receive.

We would like to invite you to two restorative offerings: 

Yoga Nidra with Laragh - a deeply restful, guided meditation practice that supports full-body and mind rest and recovery.
Yoga Nidra Session:

Tuesday July 21st, 7:45pm-9pm

Roll & Relax with Sarah - a gentle, supportive session using slow movement with massage balls to stimulate your parasympathetic nervous system, helping you to shift from a ‘high-alert’ state to a ‘recovery’ and relaxed state. 
Roll & Relax Sessions:
Wednesday July 29th, 7:45pm-9pm

These sessions are all about listening to what you need and responding with kindness, rather than commitment or pressure, and not having to wait til the weekend to feel rested and restored..

You don’t need to be experienced in rest practices, or feel a certain way before you come - just open to giving yourself the time and space to be supported.
