Yo!Fit classes have the balance between challenge and fun, and this term will not disappoint - Yo!Fit is the perfect way to reenergise! These classes will take place on Wednesday evenings and Friday mornings.

A specialised class designed for pregnant women - very gentle stretching & toning exercises, using resistance bands. No previous experience necessary.
Bumps & Bands Class
An empowering and supportive class led by Sarah, a professionally qualified postnatal trainer and Mum. Strength exercises for areas that have been weakened through pregnancy and labour and on muscles that need to be strong for feeding and carrying baby.
Postnatal Strength & Recovery Class
This is a general strength class for women aged 40+ who would like to exercise with like-minded women. It is a specialised exercise class where there is no performance needed, all levels welcome.
Midlife Strength Class - All Levels
Suffering from sore muscles? Maybe your mobility needs some work or you are extra prone to injury. Learn how to effectively use myofacial release tools such as a foam roller and release balls
Roll & Release Class
Power up your senior years with Sarah’s Senior Strength class! This class is suitable for adults aged 65+, and is designed to help improve strength and mobility, balance and co-ordination.
