Power up your fitness and flexibility with Yo!Fit! It is the perfect blend of heart opening yoga postures, energising strength exercises and playful HIIT sequences!

Yo!Fit classes have the balance between challenge and fun, and this term will not disappoint - Yo!Fit is the perfect way to reenergise!

Our new term is starting the week beginning April 8th.

Class times:

Monday: 9:15 – 10:15am (NOTE: There will be no class on Bank Holiday Monday, May 6th)

Wednesday: 6:15 – 7:15pm

Friday: 9:15 – 10:15am

Introducing a specialised 3-in-1 class to cater for those who are time poor and who are looking for a complete workout in one class.

Personal Trainer Sarah Thornton and Yoga Teacher Laragh Cunningham have joined forces to create this exciting custom-designed exercise class that is guaranteed to switch on your body and soul.

This comprehensive one hour class combines:

  • Strength: Strength and conditioning exercises with weights

  • Stretch: Yoga postures to increase flexibility and prevent injuries

  • Sweat: High intensity interval cardio sets

  • Mindfulness/Relaxation: Learn correct breathing, focus and self-awareness to enhance your workout

This is our original Yo!Fit class suitable for all fitness levels - beginners to advanced. Exercise progression and complexity are kept at a comfortable level across the course to ensure a great workout for all.

Friday: 9:15-10:15am

Teacher: Sarah

Suitable for exercisers of all levels. We progress the structure and complexity of the class each week, and guide you through progressions at a pace that suits your level. As with all of our Yo!Fit classes, we advise you to listen to your body and choose the right variation of each exercise to get the best from your workout!

Wednesday: 6:15-7:15pm

Booking policy:

All courses must be booked online in advance.

All classes must be used before the end of term.

Prices:

Hydrate well (everyday) and avoid eating a heavy meal within 90 minutes of class.

All our classes cater for varying fitness levels.  We also cater for those who are new to exercise or just starting back into exercise with exercise modifications during class. Please work to your level of fitness and follow our guidance.
