Class times:
Mondays 9:15am – 10:15am (Laragh)
Wednesdays 6:15pm – 7:15pm (Sarah)
Fridays 9:15am – 10:15am (Laragh and Sarah alternating)
What to bring:
A yoga mat and some water. All other equipment will be supplied; we provide weights but if you would prefer to use your own please bring them along.
