After 10 years of our Yo!Fit charity class, we are delighted to open this charity event up to our wider SoulMoves community! So please join us in the Galway Bay Hotel for our SoulMoves Seasonal Social - a fun morning filled with festive cheer and community!
The event will include gentle yoga, fun movement, restorative meditation, with some surprises along the way and some festive refreshments!
This is an all-inclusive event, open to all members of our SoulMoves community, offering a welcoming space to connect, unwind and celebrate together!
If you can’t make it to the first part of the morning, please make sure to join us at 10:30am to socialise and enjoy some festive refreshments.
This is a donation-based event, and this year we are very proud to support HopeSpace, a Galway-based service which provides support to children and young people who are struggling with the loss of someone they love.
Please donate to reserve your space - the more the merrier!
A little about HopeSpace:
HopeSpace provides a free one-to-one support service for grieving children and young people aged 4-17, who are struggling with the loss of a loved one. A team of trained volunteers help children and young people to address their emotions around grief, to understand that grief is a normal reaction to loss and that their emotions are normal.

PLEASE NOTE: This event is non-refundable. However you can transfer your space to someone else. And please let us know if you find that you cannot attend the event.
