Laragh’s Mixed Level Yoga class challenges both intermediate and advanced students alike, with a thoughtful arrangement of poses (asanas), in a deep flow. Additional intermediate to advanced postures are offered in this class with options from easy to challenging. This class develops better movement, strength, concentration and meditation. This class is not suitable for complete beginners.

Tuesday mornings: 9:15am - 10:15am
Tuesday evenings: 6:30pm - 7:30pm
Thursday mornings: 9:15am - 10:15am
