Our Men’s Yoga Classes are designed for men with stiff backs, hips, hamstrings and who want to improve their movement. These classes are not a 'macho flogging session', but a sensible tried and tested approach to improving movement and overall health.

Join our class for 6 weeks of term from September 14th! The last class of this current term will be October 19th.

Class times:
Mixed Level Flow: Sundays 6:15pm - 7:15pm
Beginner’s: Sundays 7:30pm - 8:30pm

What to bring:
A yoga mat and some water
