Feel Good Fridays are 6 sessions on alternate Friday evenings, 6:15pm-7:30pm, of myofascial release let by Sarah, and yoga nidra led by Laragh.
You can book just one session, or all 6!
MYOFASCIAL RELEASE :
Using foam rollers and other myofascial release tools, Sarah will bring you through a series of exercises to help relieve muscle tightness and pain, improve mobility and realign your posture. Perfect at the end of your week for unwinding deep-held tension, leaving you feeling lighter, freer and more balanced.

YOGA NIDRA :
Laragh’s meditation practice guides you through body scans, breath awareness and visualisations to bring you into a state of deep relaxation. Inviting effortless rest, often called “yogic sleep”, it is accessible to all. Yoga nidra helps you to reduce stress, improve sleep and promote a deep sense of calm and clarity for the weekend ahead.
YOGA NIDRA FRIDAYS:
