Feel Good Fridays are a series of rest and recovery sessions created by us, Sarah & Laragh, to help you unwind, settle your nervous system, and ease into the weekend feeling more grounded and at ease.
They are created from our own desire - and from the needs we were seeing in our community - for more intentional rest, recovery, and nervous-system support.
Previous sessions have been warmly welcomed, and we heard from many of those who attended just how meaningful it felt to have a dedicated time and space to pause, soften, and be cared for.
Rest is not something to earn, but something you deserve. This is a gift to yourself, not another thing you feel you have to do.
Each class is experiential, intentionally unhurried, and nurturing - designed not as something you need to do or figure out, but as something you simply get to receive.
We would like to invite you to two restorative offerings:
Roll & Relax with Sarah - a gentle, supportive session using slow movement with massage balls to stimulate your parasympathetic nervous system, helping you to shift from a ‘high-alert’ state to a ‘recovery’ and relaxed state.
Roll & Relax Sessions:

Yoga Nidra with Laragh - a deeply restful, guided meditation practice that supports full-body and mind rest and recovery.
Yoga Nidra Sessions:
May 15th
June 12th
All sessions run from 6:15pm-7:30pm on Fridays.
Each offering includes three individual sessions, and each one stands alone - so you can come whenever it feels right for you. That said, many people find that the more regularly they attend, the deeper the sense of ease and support they feel over time.
You can book one or as many as you like and please feel free to bring a friend. It's a lovely experience to share together.
This series is about listening to what you need and responding with kindness, rather than commitment or pressure.
You don’t need to be experienced in rest practices, or feel a certain way before you come - just open to giving yourself the time and space to be supported.
